2)Do you feel safe?
Do you feel safe at the facility of choice? Is the facility gated to prevent uninvited guest from accessing the facility? Would you feel safe accessing your locker around the clock? Do you notice video cameras? If the answer is no, do you feel safe anyways? Here are a few examples of items that could require extra precautions:

3)Do you feel welcomed?
